Well I was feeling quite smug! Took my bank statement with me because the DVD of Call The Midwife wasn't working and I knew I still had rights if I could prove I'd bought it even without a receipt. Got the copy changed but I can't get the TV to read it. It keeps telling me 'disc error'. The DVD is for region 2 UK. Any advice?
