    Found it very very stressful today and I think she has threatened me but I'll check my notes tomorrow. Should make it easier if I have to say something again.

    My boss offered to do my PDR today. I said no. I really couldn't see me getting through it without a box of kleenex!!!

    The only thing you need to worry about with atmosphere is, "Is there oxygen?" All the rest is gravy.

    Don't worry about anything else.

    Don't put it off too long. If you wait until you're composed for every interaction, all that people will see and describe is a composed B.

    What's a PDR? Personal development review? Paintless dent repair?

    I suspect I won't be waiting 12 months. I'll print the CV off tomorrow and work on it once I'm back from my holiday. I've had a day of upset and a calmer day and now I'm just feeling bolshy.
