    Well it appears we have secured funding for the next four years. My job looks a bit more secure up to 2021.

    Time to do the New Years Resolutions I think. The possibility of looking at kitchens in 2018 presents itself also but it is standing behind the Debt!

    Nothing stopping you from looking now...

    If the frames/carcases are good, you may be able to get away with just buying new doors for your cupboards.

    Life is very good in a strange sort of way.

    So in therapy last week we finished dealing with the first traumatic memory. In EMDR it seems if you have a childhood trauma you deal with the first traumatic memory; and that changes you, the potency of that memory and subsequent memories.

    I've noticed two things. I am calmer, much much calmer. Like being back on prozac but without the woolly fuzzy feeling.

    Also I want to clean and tidy. I want a tidy house with nice pictures up. I've never been bothered. I think because my head has been a bit messy and I've had a sort of self - sabotaging dialogue going which doesn't think I've deserved to live somewhere nice. The mess has reflected my head.
