    Toothache not so bad today ( touch wood).

    Owner has rang. Thanked me for being so considerate and asked (given that building sites shut down for a fortnight over Christmas) whether it would help if she pushed for completion before Christmas. It certainly would. She's leaving me a cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher, plus the wardrobe. Sounds ok to me!
