    Seeing the sea is lovely and calming....seeing my family is like a trip back into the 1970's. Lots of my dad interupting me, talking over the top of me and seeking out the opinions of my elder brother....oh until it came to advice on the washing machine...that's my area of expertise it appears. Just shoot me now!

    Was nice today to be at work and have people asking me for my professional opinion.....and not on washing machines.

    Are you the youngest in your family? A lot of that sort of thing used to happen to me as well. I put it down to being the youngest.

    Yes, you can listen with your mouth - it's a little known fact. External sounds go in, rattles around the skull, and the go out to your ears.

    Only works if you have no brain, but that's not an impediment for a lot of people.

    Wow impressive.....he's obviously done a counselling course on active listening.....no hang on a mo, even that is about really listening and not thinking about what you are going to say next. I think he was fibbing ;)

    So.....still waiting for my owners to find a house. Have started to feel sorry for the Estate Agents :eek:What a state of affairs!

    Going to try for an NSD tomorrow. Also going to get the bookcase moved out of the window and more crap moved. If we're getting somewhere by the end of the weekend I may arrange a date with the landlady for the man to come to replace the window.

    Right off to assess my totals so I can update soon, probably Monday. Currently £800 under my O/D limit so should probably get the suspension done next week. May need some advising on how much it is likely to be.

    Have worked on auditing files and filing today so feeling like life is VERY VERY EXCITING .:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    p.s. Two years yesterday since I started my job. Do you remember that, sitting in a canal boat pondering the terrifying prospect of going to work after over 2 years of not. Feel like its time for :bdaycake: :D
