    Iz thick.

Not at all. Also stands for "Computer Driving License" - just not in this context.

Also perhaps "Copious Drooling Lessons", "Can Dance Legless"... ;)

A woman going shopping without touching anything? That's plausible...

Still haven't got to grips with this multiple quoting milarky!!!!
I can shop and not buy....or shop and touch things* (things as in objects offered by retailers for purchase, not other people's husbands, children, wallets, ice lollies etc. [well ok, maybe their ice lolly if I think they aren't looking or I can distract them and they haven't already licked it!]) and not buy **.....or shop and come out with two hair accessories for £4 in total
    :D

I take it that the difference between £650 and £450 is your CDL?

    More or less....CDL is £213

    How about...
    1. Minimum payments on the "new" MBNA
    2. £400 ish onto M&S until November (or thereabouts). Balance should then be about £0 at the point.
    3. Then £450ish for the remaining term off the MBNA card - you should pay it off with time to spare.
    4. Obviously, I don't have all the figures, so a bit of arm-waving rounding is here.

The main motivator here is fear  and money  and fear AND money. Not sure I should admit that! Anyone else? Anyone? :o

Basically I KNOW I have a much better chance of taking chunks out of the debts while I am still living with my lovely housemates in the house with inclusive rent of £270. In September next year the MBNA minimum payment will leap through the stratosphere if I haven't taken significant chunks out of it. M&S stays at a steady Eddie 6.5%

In addition I have the unknowns assuming I move into the house with the immovable owners. I don't know how imperative the lack of central heating will be until I am in the house. I may move in and spend large portions of my time doing this:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j just to keep warm.

So....given that I respect your opinion Mr Z. I do really.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (I know that my overuse of sarcasm is my undoing, nobody believes me when I tell the truth!)

How about we hit the middle ground. £200 on the M&S and £200 on the MBNA. After 5 months (January 2015 - about the time I'll be moving in if things go well :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: £400 on MBNA.

Job's a good un' by May and if I decide to visit my Bruv in America in say April the balance should be cleared by Sept anyway.

    p.s. Went past the 'other' house today, the one I was due to view but was "Sold". Really just to check the Estate Agents weren't fibbing, which they weren't (and just to pick fault really!!). Two points;

    * it is at the bottom of a slope - think torrential rain/ flash flooding /Noah's Ark
    * planes come in to land over the town. I remember thinking before............. I should really check how low they are.
Low enough to make eye contact with the Captain :rotfl:

But I bet you can't go into a shop and say "Ooh, that looks nice" without grasping and prodding and poking the item in question. You know...that age-old thing of only looking with your eyes... ;)

It's natural - it's those with no fear who usually end up coming a cropper.

Not merely lovely - gorgeous... I'm sure you were thinking that...

Nuke them for orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Not a good place round there to be at the bottom of any slope.
