SO.......
today I was supposed to be having a day's Time Off In Lieu so that I could travel north to see my brother on the 3rd weekend in July. Not sure what has happened but it appears this weekend isn't the third weekend in my brother's head, next weekend is the third weekend. Someone can't count and he works in logistics :rotfl:.
Maybe it's me.......I've done my financial updates and either MBNA also can't count or I have paid off more than I thought I had paid off (Before you ask I don't see this as a problem!!)
This is how it is now;
CDL [STRIKE]£10,000[/STRIKE] £7147 new total (interest added!!)
Dad £7000 £0 100% paid off
Friend £280 £0 100% paid off
Virgin CC (MBNA [STRIKE]£3350[/STRIKE] £124 new total
HSBC CC £4404 £0 100% paid off
M&S CC [STRIKE]£1188[/STRIKE] £1037 outstanding
HBOS CC [STRIKE]£1430[/STRIKE] £1347 outstanding
The new total is; :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T
£9,655
It's under £10k :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j
.....and with that I'm going to Ikea to buy a bookcase (just one, nothing else!)(Got to get this room into some sort of order!)
At this rate we could be very close to credit card debt free by the end of the year :j.........and that my friends is probably exactly the focus I need while certain home owners are p*ssing around with their property
p.s. Incidently B*card, remember them....the CDL people who like to tell you they're taking a payment after they've tried to take it ......yes them.....they're offering me a 35% APR credit card. Oh to TRY and put together a polite response.....or not:D:D:D

I hope that isn't the start of a Julie Andrews song... :eek:today I was supposed to be having a day's Time Off In Lieu so that I could travel north to see my brother on the 3rd weekend in July. Not sure what has happened but it appears this weekend isn't the third weekend in my brother's head, next weekend is the third weekend.
Look on the bright side. At least his third weekend in July is still in July. His fourth weekend in July isn't...Someone can't count and he works in logistics :rotfl:.
Give the hassle I've had this week with stuff not ending up where it's supposed to be - I just don't doubt that at all...Maybe it's me.......I've done my financial updates and either MBNA also can't count or I have paid off more than I thought I had paid off (Before you ask I don't see this as a problem!!)
Neither do I...This is how it is now;

You don't want to be in the position of still hanging around at that point. There's the prospect of 2 life sentences by then...p.s. Incidently B*card, remember them....the CDL people who like to tell you they're taking a payment after they've tried to take it ......yes them.....they're offering me a 35% APR credit card.
