Yankee Doodle Bargains and Final Megapack

I have ordered from them before with no problems, in fact they have always gone out of there way to help with queries etc but I WILL not buy from the new Kringle site now due to the way they are dealing with problems. This is beyond a joke, not a way to start a new site.

Your right there not dealing with problems,customer service just said to me,your an adult you should of taken them out of box carefully,erm what does that mean,there trying to accuse me for smashing them.

Yankee doodle customer service are very immature and don't know how to deal with customers,I've spent literally thousands of pounds with them over the years,never any breakages or problems,this £17 mega pack comes smashed to bits,and they won't do anything to help.greedy scavengers.

I just wanted to say that I received my megapack today and I was really pleased so if you haven't had your parcel then don't give up hope just yet!!

From memory (I've put a lot of it away for Christmas) as well as the samplers and small jar I had 3 large gold christmas plates with a snowflake design, 4 plain silver medium plates, 1 large shade that isn't my style but is autumn colours and seems really good quality, 1 small plate and shade set in cream, 2 silver votive holders and 2 bizarre but quirky flip flop medium plates (I'm thinking summer birthdays maybe?).

Nothing was broken and it was all well packaged. Everything was stamped on the back as 'Yankee Candle'.

I'm sorry to all of you that were disappointed but wanted to give hope to those that haven't had a delivery yet.

Recieved my box today, had to collect from my local post office and carried it home so I was expecting any cermaics to be broken, wrong only one item was broken.

12 samplers
1 small jar

3 gold plates
2 large square orange bowls (one smashed)
1 large xmas shade
2 votives in silver
2 votives frosted
1 small jar holder

sounds like i got the exact same as you did! mine was delivered yesterday and i found it all to be well packaged, either boxed or with a lot of bubble wrap

Thanks Sarah, mine is due to be delivered today & was getting worried it was going to be a box of rubbish! Good to know some people got nice things

My mega pack is going to be really useful, for drainage in the bottom of plant pots.

I haven't received mine but inspired by Dollardog who went via Pay Pal I did the same and have received my money back..

yey mine came :T really happy with it i had the normal candles 4x sample holders, 1 large blue shade, 3x med gold xmas plates, 2x large orange bowls , a wicker basket ? a lovely garden sceen t.light holder ,2x clear glass holder and 2x orange glass holders very well wrapped in bubble wrap :j
