I got mine today (I ordered 2!). Between them I got the usual candles x 2 plus:
1 large shade and matching plate in Blizzard (Christmas theme)
1 large shade and matching plate in Cabana (Beach theme)
6 x tea light holders in Cabana (Beach theme)
6 x tea light holders in Amber (Orange with stars and glitter) - 1 was broken
    3 x Silver plates
    2 x clear glass holders
2 x purple flowery glass holders

Everything was pretty well packaged with only 1 breakage (which was frankly just unlucky). Happy with my stuff though not all to taste they will make nice presents.

Your right there not dealing with problems, customer service just said to me,your an adult you should of taken them out of box carefully, erm what does that mean, there trying to accuse me for smashing them.

Anyway just to let you all know the old Yankee doodle owners were not helpful at all, they are very rude people,my megapack arrive smashed to bits, and did not want to help in anyway.so I contacted the new Yankee doodle owners and just to let them know,or if they could put me forward to someone else that could help me,as I had very nasty messages back off the old team. They reimbursed me for the damaged mega pack,it wasn't really anything to do with them but they are 100% proper customer service people, who do actually care about there customers.so if you cannot get through to the old Yankee doodle, then try the new one.

Hello everyone, newbie hear so please be gentle.
I also ordered the mega pack, and to say I am disappointed with my purchase is an understatement. Can anyone advise me an email address where I can email them..I am not looking for a refund etc, I just want to tell them politely how disappointed I am and I do not like being ripped off, of my hard earned money....thanks :)

I can understand people being frustrated if broken items arrived with little or no packaging. I have to say mine arrived with more packaging in a parcel that I've ever seen. Only one pot pourri bowl was broken which I can live with. The important thing is how a company deals with problems and it seems they have let some of you down badly. However, I wouldn't use that as a reason not to buy Kringle - I possibly wouldn't buy it from them but I've just been to a fantastic shop near to where I live and bought my first Kringle items which I'm delighted with. Boycotting the old YD people doesn't mean no to Kringle.

(and I've been told this morning that Yankee will soon be in Tesco so for those who like a bargain, you never know...)

Aren't the old YD owners the UK distributer for Kringle, or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

  • I ordered some bits and bobs from them on the last day and everything arrived ok - just took some time. I am glad I didn't order the mega pack though, it's a shame so many things have gotten broken.

    :(
