Just arrived and how disappointing,the votives were fine and the small jar,I got a flip flop shade,nice,but smashed to bits,4 plates,smashed to bits,and 2 votive holders,smashed,the packaging was rubbish,not even bubble wrapped,don't want to disappoint you,but don't get that excited cause it really is tat.

I'm so sorry for those of you who have ordered megapacks and have by the sounds of it, been ripped off big time. It seems that they just haven't cared about packaging things properly just because they have finished with yankee Doodle.
However, considering they are hoping to attract customers over to their Kringle distributor business, they have done themselves no favours. I, for one will think twice before ordering from Kringle now.

The candles were ok for £17, but the rest of it,wasn't even stamped Yankee candle,I had addition to the candles 4 gold plates and 2 bowls,smashed to bits,but they were definetely not Yankee products,cheap looking tat,I'm not really bothered,but have just sent them a nasty email,you know waiting that long for order,then arriving like that.

Yes, compared to the other tales on here, it seems I was lucky in that even though I didn't like most of the stuff in my box, it was at least well packed and nothing was broken.
I haven't ordered much in the past from them, I think I've only had a couple of previous orders because I'm not that into the accessories, especially if its in one of the megaboxes where you can't choose what you have.

With others saying about their boxes not being packed well and stuff arriving broken, no wonder they put that they would not be responsible for breakages.

They weren't that much of a bargain either, I don't know what the samplers went down to but the small jars went down to £4.

I was hoping for more candles, I wouldn't even have minded some of the broken tarts they said they had left or some tea lights.
The boxes of rubbish they seem to be sending out for these megapacks certainly doesn't encourage me to order any Kringle from them.

It makes me think that the new people who took over the Yankee business probably bought the better stuff and what we are getting is just the tat that was left over. Which explains why they didn't start packing and sending out until after 31st when the new people took over the Yankee business.

I will certainly think twice about ordering from them again.

Hello everyone, newbie hear so please be gentle.
I also ordered the mega pack, and to say I am disappointed with my purchase is an understatement. Can anyone advise me an email address where I can email them..I am not looking for a refund etc, I just want to tell them politely how disappointed I am and I do not like being ripped off, of my hard earned money....thanks
