I think you're mistaken, it seems this thread is an iphone troll thread!

As helpful as ever I see!

Anyway it seems to be the case that the SGS3 has worse signal than the 4S when in poor quality signal areas. Thanks for confirming this is an issue with all SGS3s and not just mine.

You have to remember that most people here are users not engineer. As such posts are going to be based on their experience rather then row data.

So you're saying you are incapable of using data to support an opinion?

Whether a phone does or does not have signal isn't a matter of opinion; it's a hard fact!

Always here to help, you're welcome.

Not sure how I confirmed anything, other than this is a troll thread; but then that was already confirmed with your first post!

It's just a matter of opinion until we see the hard facts, do you have any?

    You didn't.

I'm afraid you're not making much sense here. The SGS3 had no signal. That's a fact.

I disagree with your opinion because there are many factors beyond the handset that influence reception.

There definitely are but I'm talking about the same network in the same location, so the variable is the handset.

The iPhone had signal in the same places the SGSIII didn't, which would imply they were under the same conditions and therefore subject to the same factors that would influence the reception, so opinion doesn't come into it, it's fact.

Exactly, and I just wanted to know whether there is something wrong with my S3, or whether that's just the way it is. The question has been answered, that's just the way it is.

Oh look, I just found a place in my house that a 4S doesnt have signal, a S3 does have signal in that exact same place.

4S's have worse signal than S3's, that's a hard fact!
