This is the 3rd time he has let me down on the day he said he was re-delivering, todays excuse is the van has broken down. He said he will now come tomorrow, which will be the 4th day I've had to take off work without pay due to waiting for this delivery.
As I said they have given me £79.00 compensation for the first day that failed, however they said they wont give me any more. Surely they are breaking their side of the contract by not re-delivering when they say they are going to ? They have told me to write a letter to head office. Am I entitled to anything ? What happens tomorrow if they have another excuse ? I can see this just rolling on indefinately.
If you have double glazing then it's much easier taking the window pane out by removing the four internal plastic beading there is no need to remove the frame.
