Well I'm in this week, I only hope that I last a bit longer than last week. I just run out of energy so quickly; so I must pace myself better and not worry if certain things don't get done.
From the list above, it looks as if I've acheived a lot but to be honest the bathroom hardly needed much doing tto it as I like to keep this room spotless on a day-to-day basis. However, I did clean the window and I showered the plants in the bath - this gets all the dust off their leaves, then I cleaned the shelves they live on.

Evening
I've been a busy bee since my last post! I finished dealing with the 3 biggest & most complicated invoices which took all afternoon nearly, but they're out of the way and the next 6 which will finish off the financial year are a lot easier to work throughIF I get through those tomorrow I may just carry on and get everything up to date. As I've been going along I've found mistakes I've made which have cost me money, and found that my current filing system makes keeping the accounts in check rather difficult so I have an idea which will hopefully work which I'm going to implement from now on.
DD got very disheartened with her crafting as she was struggling with it. I've helped her out as much as I can without taking over and she's going to have another go tomorrow when she's done her jobs
So updating for tomorrow (so I can write it down in my diary)
This week:
Wed : Shops with DD for start of uniform, Work - evening
Fri : Possible ex-ils dropping in, possible sleepover for DD's friend
Sat - no ex here, must remember
Dailies :
Dishes ([STRIKE]Mon[/STRIKE] x2 , Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun) - struggling to keep up with them. DD usually does a batch of dishes almost every day and I deal with saucepans etc, but with both of us home & only me doing them while trying to multi-task the dishes are winning atm
make beds (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun)
HHT(idy) before bed ([STRIKE]Mon,[/STRIKE] Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun)
List 1 box of stuff to sell (19 boxes in total 3 listed so far)

[STRIKE]Tidy bedroom[/STRIKE]
Tuesday - Living Room and computer desk
Level One
Clean the tv/computer screens
Finish a job from yesterday's list
Level Two

Right, I'm going to sit down with DDs craft project & correct a couple of mistakes she's asked me to sort out, then as soon as my phone is charged I'm going to bed. :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Last night cut the grass, tok ages but all done now.
Had a chat with neighbour who's wife died last month, he seems ok and told me he is going to his sister's at the end of the week for a few days, could I keep an eye on the house, and not to worry if I didn't see him till Monday, his daughter and SIL were also there, and they seemed ok, but daughter says she still misses her mum, and will do for a long time yet, I really didn't know what to say, so I gave her a hug, that in its self set her off crying ...........which set me off again, a right pair we must that looked last night outside my house.
Daily type stuff done
Just got to unpack the dw now.

Morning All
1st job is to put the WM on and then see what I fancy doing next. There's so much to do it doesn't really make much difference where I start. I may put the tombola stuff I've already sorted into my car and then it's out of the way. Kids are at my M&D's this afternoon though so I may go out then or do something different seeing as I'll be kid free.
Bossymoo - they're gorgeous.
Have a good day all

Lovely photo, Bossymoo!
>a right pair we must that looked last night outside my house.
Kazwookie, it's good to show you care, and in our stalwart and stiff-upper-lip society the power of touch to heal is often greatly underestimated. Your hug and the resulting tears have probably released a lot of the tension in your neighbour's daughter, and that will leave her more able to "come to terms" (a horrid phrase) with the loss of her mother. (Bereavement never goes away: our minds just learn to hide with it better as time goes by.)
Yesterday I sat for a total of nearly 8 hours on trains, enjoying glorious sunshine and beautiful countryside - well-washed fields and sparkling rivers - whilst knitting a cardigan for 22-month-old DGD (I finished the back and both fronts). At my destination I talked almost non-stop for 6 hours with one of my oldest and bestest friends who I hadn't seen for nearly 3 years, and we decluttered our worries and sadnesses and stored away our joys and memories of happy times, leaving a long list of things to look forward to in the coming years.
:-))
Hope everyone has sunshine this morning.0 -
