I think there is a minimum of 2 weeks compulsory maternity leave, six if working in a factory floor.

I'm going to leave making the beds up another day, still got a bit of fever, may as well wait till I've sweated it all out...

Morning ladies, kind of doing my own thing but using lists for some focus/inspiration/so I can convince myself I am achieving something

I've decided to do quite a bit of packing today, we're away for 5 weeks ish minus some days to do laundry and a couple of appointments. It's easier to put things away when there is less to put away and I'm not trying to cram in what is coming away with us...does that make sense?...I know what I mean anyways. So I'm going to pop to the shops to pick up some boxes (I've said I'll meet a lady up there to loan her a spare tent we have) then pack food stuffs into those and empty DPs wardrobe which had piles and boxes of clean/dry laundry threw in almost a month ago. Hopefully my decent clothes are in there, then I can get some clothes for us all packed making that lot easier to put away. All that said the kitchen still isn't tidy/clean but when I pack more stuff out of it, I hope it'll be easier. Must find my electric cool box lid too, hmm.....mummyyof5 I'm with you on the hating packing lark!

Piggers kick OH out of his pit and get him to look after small folk and grab yourself a kip

Hope you all have a good day xxx
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning All

Beavers tonight and I need to sort out the tombola stuff so I'll stick that in the hall ready for putting my car. I also need to make sure I've got everything I need for my sport's evening which we are having at Beavers tonight. Lots to do here as usual but at least I can cross a couple of things of today's list as I've already done all the beds and I can't actually see any floor to hoover!

Anyone joining me for a HHC @ 9.30?

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Well all my hard work last week was undone in about 2 days

It is 'that time' of the month so it leaves me practically doubled over in pain and able to do minimum work at the best of time so you can imagine two house bound children have been like mini whirlwinds

to top it off yesterday I woke up with an abscess too but when I saw the dentist she said it is draining. They will be taking the tooth out on the 17th, she did give me the option of dental chair, hopsital with a general anaethetic or being fully sedated. Although this causes nothing but more issues for me as I have a phobia of taking medications so she has given me antibiotics to take but even the thought of taking them is giving me panic attacks after panic attack - again not good with a two year old! Plus the idea of being put under and not waking up scares me too!

So seeing as its draining today and I am in no pain I am going to leave taking it today, and Owen is off tomorrow so I will try my damdest to take it when he is here tomorrow. I dont know why but he can be the biggest KH going some days but after 10 years I still find it reassuring when hes around.....it must be love :p

Needless to say I am feeling slightly more human today so I will be trying to catch up.

I have S+S the bathroom which is still intact
Kitchen has been done but I need to shine the sink

and then I will crack on with the 1st post on this thread and see how far I manage to get. Ive been trying to mow the lawn for four days but its not happening and I have work tonight at 5. Oh joy!

not to mention the sun is out and its glorious.
    Time to find me again
