Could not have been given better customer service than this.
Now I ask, if a newbie is given this training, why so so many on here have had bad CS experiences? It is atrocious and should be stamped out. :AI am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Have only just rolled out of bed
,
Reminds me of the time I was waiting for a late night phonecall on my mobile so eager to answer it, I over enthusiastically rolled over to get the mobile next to me & fell on the floor with a crash:D Happy days
A lie in doesnt cure things but sometimes getting a good nights sleep & looking after yourself does give you strength to face the challenges.
Sorry I'm waffling today, trying to work out a plan of attack for my errands no Tescos will be harmed in the making of this trip, one eye on QPR website & photos of Jedward popping up leaving Sweden this morning, could someone take Tara Reid off their hands she thinks she's part of the group now its causing a lot of grief amongst the fans & trying to draw up an action plan for the weekend.Phew !0 -

Went to A yesterday, got conditioner and laundry tablets, also got a spray thing for 38p, will go in garage and have a look at what its called.
Thought I'd lost our dog Archie yesterday, took him for a walk then came back and took Queenie and Dave (good name, he's a springer spaniel, looking after him whilst daughter on holiday), got back with them and went in office to do some work, queenie and dave kept coming in to see me, after about an hour I thought strange archie normally comes in and sits with me, went into house, calling him, looked all over, started panicking (he weighs nearly 12 stone, so can't hide anywhere) then heard a faint grunt from outside, I must have left the front door open, he went out and door shut behind him, god knows how long he was out there for. Must remember to shut front door
morning all working and lurkin today, pls could anyone adv which laundry tabs were rtc i completely forgot to look yesterday
also pls could anyone advise if lilt/fanta apg glitch has been fixed or confirmed today
massive thanks xxGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Well you know me! :rotfl::o
I just don't like letting good people get shafted by commercial organisations. I have, just this minute, got off the phone to an ASDA CS assistant on the blower (using 0800 wizzard on the mobile).
She rang my store (even though I was phoning on behalf of Leenie and have no idea of her store so I made it up) and talked to the duty manager. They both agreed that APG vouchers should always be accepted up to £100 and if they suspect anything, they can check in there and then on their computer in a discreet manner whilst the customer waits. The manager went off to schedule a full staff retrain in my local (yahooo :money:):T:A
They apologised big time and said that targeting the APG was NOT a breach of T&Cs. :T:T:T
She said that if any of my 'friends' had trouble to ring CS who will ring their store to retrain the staff. I hope this gives all on this thread a little more confidence in the APG system. Don't take it as gold in that it will work, and you may have to fight, but they were not happy about my offer of highlighting the poor training to the pressI am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Has anyone tried the PG Tips hint of earl grey in Asda for a APG?
It is £2.68 in Asda but 50p in Tesco. Tesco shelves are empty so I thought this would be a good way to get em even cheaper??:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

The ones I got had Colour and Bio written on them, A's own make in rectangular box, Colour one was mauve box, Bio, I think was yellow. Sorry packed these away in loft.
They were priced at £2.50 on the shelf, but had read they were £1, and had them price checked. They came up at £1.
Sorry, but can't face loft at the moment.:) Hopefully someone will have a picture they can post.0 -
