Sorry thats all she said, I paid by cash, I really am not happy to back and try again. She also said it`s the biggest she had seen in her 5 years working with A`s. It was for £13.04

I have used loads of apgs recently and some scan and some dont when they dont they just put them through manually ,perhaps she just didnt know what to do with it i would try again

Try a self scan....the coupons almost always need their input so the person on the SS tills will know what to do. No confrontation that way either.
