If people want the image of the promotional banner then that is up to them. However, I don't think it will make any difference as to whether your local store will accept the APGs.

Hope this does not come across as negative, I just wanted to put some points out there for consideration.

To highlight the point I was actually aiming to make in my original post - I felt bad that someone was going out of their way to show what they had posted was true. I wanted to make sure they did not feel they had to defend themselves and that others thought they were not telling the truth.

Thats not what I was suggesting. I was talking about the CS people on the Tesco FB page who were asked earlier.

I don't think anyone questioned the OP's honesty, it just wasn't clear there was a banner at first, and when it became apparent then curiosty said we needed to see it.

You've done nothing wrong, obviously just got a dodgy SA who didn't know what they were doing. Don't let it put you off, you've done fab shopping! I got the diced beef today after your post last night as well And my first proper APG :j

Sorry thats all she said, I paid by cash, I really am not happy to back and try again. She also said it`s the biggest she had seen in her 5 years working with A`s. It was for £13.04

Relax. She just didn't know what to do with it as it required her input. Badly trained SA thats all.
