  • LL, perhaps if you phone customer services and explain what happened and how you feel, they may send you a gift card with the amount on that you can use instore instead?

    Just seemed a shame when you'd done nothing wrong, sorry I didn't mean any offence. Just wanted to offer some help after you helping me the other day :):)

    GET IN!!! My first APG shop worked :D:D:D Woooo hooooo thank you so much for all your extremely helpful posts with meeting the criteria and cheap comparables/non-comparables :)

    Got a couple to add to the list;

    Skin system nail varnish remover 300ml = £1 (or 5 for £4) ....something I needed anyway and it's the cheapest around. N/A to all supermarkets

    With your 40p Greens coupon;

    Green's Egg Custard mix 54g = 49p A's/ N/A T's/ N/A S's/ 50p M's/ N/A W's

    Green's Caramelle Mix 70g = 49p A's/ 50p T's/ N/A S's/ 50p M's/ N/A W's

    Hope that's readable! :)

    Eagerly awaiting 10:57pm ;) Passing the time watching The Women on ch4+1. Hope it's good :D I wanted to watch it when it came out and never got round to it.

    I miss you all so very much but I am determined to read every single post on the thread for lovely people :D

    Well she said I can`t use the voucher, and that the till would not accept it when she tried to scan it.

    Sorry thats all she said, I paid by cash, I really am not happy to back and try again. She also said it`s the biggest she had seen in her 5 years working with A`s. It was for £13.04

    I reckon she hadn't pressed the total button OR she basically just didn't wanna let you use it. You should have gone to customer service after paying and complained, they would have given you the cash. Remember this is ASDA not trouting Tesco and MOST of the staff are very nice.
    Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    I would give CS a call and explain to them what happened. I've phoned them before and they were really good and helpful.

    Oh in fact wait a minute

    Did someone not say last night if they were over £10 they had to be input manually, something to do with the barcode and not being enough space for amounts more than £9.99

    Will search and see if I can find it :)

    Yes I read that. Also the sa had to input amount when I used my apg of £13 earlier today. :)
