Any info on this?? I haven't caught up since midday... :(

and was well and truly trouted today! Wombled a 150 point receipt and was asked to prove it was my shopping by producing the payment card!!?!?!:eek::eek: Looks like I need to go further afield. :( Anyone else have this happen?? I don't even put many points on :(:(

Great whoopsie meal though! ;) Hope all are well! Catch you in the morning when I have caught up! :)

Should have just said that the card was in your other purse :)

I'm sure another CS person would have done it for you and still would, so dont worry too much about going further afield

I wish it was, nope a targetted shop using coupons;) I have a lot of virtual relatives that I do shopping for:D:D:D But I also vary the shops I go to. I never visit the same shop more than once a week especially if I am buying loadsa something. Not that there has ever been a problem, I just don't want to stand out too much.

    A wise approach, I like it! :)

I'm at mums and I've had enough and I want to go home.

And the new shoes I spent £45 on at Clarks just over a month ago are :eek::eek::eek:ed and I'm peed off about it. I don't have any luck with shoes and I really can't be :eek::eek::eek:d anymore to take them back and argue with them. The last 3 or 4 pairs of shoes I've bought have been wrecked in less than two months and I'm getting sick of taking them back and even sicker of having to look for further new ones.:( I'm going about barefoot from now on!

    Rant over.:rotfl::rotfl:

Just wondered if you could take them back to Clarks, fit for purpose and all that, shoes shouldn't last that amount of time...:):)

I have been doing APG's since it started. I think my highest was just over £50:eek::eek: From experience I have found that if I have received an apg back on an item a lot and others have then soon the price goes down to match the price of the other supermarkets. There is no problem using apg's of any amount in Asda and I assume you all know there is no limit to how many you can use in one transaction?

Oh WOW I don't think I am that brave to plan one that BIG

I am now keeping a running word doc of what to buy in Asda and in Tesco. I just copy and paste every time I see something I fancy.

FAB idea - I have separate notes in my phone
No but I do like a guy in DM boots and red skinny jeans.:beer:

I thought they only did boots?

Love DMs they are so comfy

Well she said I can`t use the voucher, and that the till would not accept it when she tried to scan it.

Sorry thats all she said, I paid by cash, I really am not happy to back and try again. She also said it`s the biggest she had seen in her 5 years working with A`s. It was for £13.04

I'd have been at CS on my way out. £13 is a lot of money on shopping (for us all here anyway!!)

And my retort to to the biggest one she had seen comment would have been along the lines of "its not my fault asda are more expensive"

Hope you get it sorted :)

I would give CS a call and explain to them what happened. I've phoned them before and they were really good and helpful.

Oh in fact wait a minute

Did someone not say last night if they were over £10 they had to be input manually, something to do with the barcode and not being enough space for amounts more than £9.99

Will search and see if I can find it :)

Take the last 4 digits of the barcode. Now ignore the very last digit. The 3 remaining digits should be the value of your APG in pence

If APG is over £10 then the 3 numbers will be 999 and SA will have to manually input it. This is because there is only space for 3 digits on the barcode and £10.00 would require a fourth digit which the system can't cope with

    I should know, I just printed off a £15.xx womble tonight ;)

There you go Leenie, that must have been what happened, you've got a solid case for either taking it back to CS and explaining or giving them a call. There was no reason for it be refused. HTH's :)

And yet more thanks for aau98113, I vote you the next thread starter! :D
