I'm at mums and I've had enough and I want to go home.

And the new shoes I spent £45 on at Clarks just over a month ago are :eek::eek::eek:ed and I'm peed off about it. I don't have any luck with shoes and I really can't be :eek::eek::eek:d anymore to take them back and argue with them. The last 3 or 4 pairs of shoes I've bought have been wrecked in less than two months and I'm getting sick of taking them back and even sicker of having to look for further new ones.:( I'm going about barefoot from now on!

    Rant over.:rotfl::rotfl:

    Evening all.
20 mins till my 10 bottles of coke APG.Thanks aau.
Happy your naughty joke goes with my sense of humour.I know a lot of people on here would jump on you for posting stuff like that but it made me laugh.:D

  • FK, not sure that showing the SA or CS an image of a promotional banner from another Ts branch is going to demonstrate that the offer is also available in your local store.

If this is a test market, having people going into their local store demanding that their APGs be accepted, may make Ts reconsider the whole idea (especially if it gives them a better idea of the financial implications of such a move).

If this is a national campaign then surely there has to be more than one store with the promotional banner and collateral on display?

If people want the image of the promotional banner then that is up to them. However, I don't think it will make any difference as to whether your local store will accept the APGs.

Hope this does not come across as negative, I just wanted to put some points out there for consideration.

To highlight the point I was actually aiming to make in my original post - I felt bad that someone was going out of their way to show what they had posted was true. I wanted to make sure they did not feel they had to defend themselves and that others thought they were not telling the truth.
I don't think anyone disbelieves her, it'd just be nice to see the banner and then offer it to the FB customer services people for their comment.

As usual its the typical lack of knowledge flow within the tesco hierarchy that's causing the chaos.

What do you mean by cancelled? Asda do not have a system like the new Tesco system that recognises if an APG has been used so the till cannot tell you if it has. There is no way as far as I know that an APG can be cancelled.

Well she said I can`t use the voucher, and that the till would not accept it when she tried to scan it.

Sorry thats all she said, I paid by cash, I really am not happy to back and try again. She also said it`s the biggest she had seen in her 5 years working with A`s. It was for £13.04

  • Any info on this?? I haven't caught up since midday... :(

and was well and truly trouted today! Wombled a 150 point receipt and was asked to prove it was my shopping by producing the payment card!!?!?!:eek::eek: Looks like I need to go further afield. :( Anyone else have this happen?? I don't even put many points on :(:(

Great whoopsie meal though! ;) Hope all are well! Catch you in the morning when I have caught up! :)

My reply to that would be that is was my OH who done the shopping and I don't have his bank card, and that he's always forgetting to use the Clubcard and I don't even know why I bothered getting one for him :rotfl:
