Ignore CAG, the mods are owned by the PPC's
Ignore CAB, they are owned by the government who funds BPA anf therfore have to peddle the BPA propaganda

Read here, weve told hundreds of peopel to ignore, and saved them thousands of pounds.

The PPC has 49 chances in 1,800,000 of them ever getting any money out of you, we know this from FOI requests made to the courts.

What PPC? It's the uni, so you appear to have missed the point entirely here.
I take it you never went to any uni, and assume it's an the same as an Aldi carpark?
    Very poor advice.

I agree with the site team member, and that is to ignore.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Also look at this thread, pay attention to post 13 where the OP comes back and updates us after graduation.

Not post 13, but the op in that thread states

"Trisontana, this ticket appears to come straight from the parking co, not the uni, and indeed tis in Northampton "

and had no permt or contract.

and yes, based on that, they graduated.

By the way, post 13 says

"Depends how well linked the departments are I guess - the uni I go to (Strathclyde) at least make out that library fees, accommodation fees etc outstanding could prevent graduation - whether they do or not is anyone's guess "

Are you just messing with the op?

!!!!!! are you talking about ? Messing with someone's life? Really you are getting troll like again on here. The advice of ignoring private parking companies is reasoned and has been used tens of thousands of times. I have showed you a link where one such person who did just that at a Uni.

The Uni in this case is a private company, they would have to go through someone who is an AOS member to get the address of RK of the vehicle from the DVLA, that very act is actually illegal as it breaks the DPA. So how exactly are they going to enforce this alleged debt?

Really you are confusing matters for the OP on here, in the absence of court papers the advice is to ignore. If it ever came that they withhold a diploma for this, it would be the first that I have ever heard of. And I would challenge such a thing if it happened.

    Well
    as you say

!!!!!! would the op be doing while you're challenging it?
    Going on jobseekers?
Pick your own battles, don't live someone else's life.

Don't troll someone else, and don't tell them it's a PPC when it isn't, and don't tell them they have to get the address from the dvla when the op has already declared they own the vehicle when they signed the contract.

You really need to know some basic facts before you start to give really. really, bad advice.

Enough though, you can carry on, the op has already enough good advice to take it forward.

They will give your posts the respect due.
