He has left a lot of negative and neutral feedback for items not received or not as described so he is showing others the type of person he is.

I have just spoke with eBay Chat and they have thankfully removed the feedback left :)

''I have reviewed the feedback left and as it fits one of our Feedback removal criteria, I have now removed it.
As you're a seller you would have received Detailed Seller Ratings as part of this buyer's feedback, please bear in mind that these will also be removed and your scores will be recalculated.''

Result well done. From the sounds of it he has been abusing the feedback system.

I was not holding on to much hope with getting the feedback removed as I know eBay do not often remove feedback left unless it is a negative comment reflecting a positive rating but it was worth contacting them.

The negative feedback he left just stated 'item not received' so I wonder how it fits under the feedback removal criteria. I wonder if it is to do with the tracking I provided which proves the item was received by customer.

As I said, sounds like he is abusing the feedback system.

There are lots of reasons why Ebay remove feedback, but mostly down to policy and there are a number of violations published. Abuse of the system is one that will not only get feedback removed but will see a black mark on the account too.
