Indeed - found it interesting when she resigned that the manager said he'd seen a complete change in the last 6 months - the result of claiming back bank charges? Or just a shift in banking on the whole?

People need to start asking a simple question when conracted by these people.

    1. What is Your FULL name?

If anything happen's then make an official complaint about the person involved.

Also say you want a letter saying what been done.

They'd lie about that aswell, if everything else is a deception

The best part of the whole documentary was Barclay's PR spokeswoman, what a joke! IMHO

Absolutely! Completely divorced from the reality on what happens on the front line ...

If anyone else missed it, this gives the general idea... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/6476155.stm Shocking, but alas not totally surprising.
  • Not surprised in the slightest.

And as for the PR woman at the end... She must think that no one has every actually worked in their lives and that we're all at home basket weaving and baking sausage rolls.

    Excellent programme.

    What a shocker!!
Im SOOOO glad I dont have an account with Barclays. I refuse to save my money in a bank account, and then have that bank charge me for just having that type of account! If I wanted AA cover, I'd contact AA direct! I also flatly refuse to discuss anything ona cold call. I just talk over them and then hang up. I know it's rude, but the fat cats at the top won't let their staff change their tactics until it starts to affect their own bonuses!!
