Well I am ashamed to say I haven't kept to it properly but I have still kep the 1 stone off and having one or two packets day. I am not eating a proper meal and sometimes just forgotten to eat and then I woof anything down. My brain is defuddled but today it has been a good girl. Haven't been on here for a couple of weeks - hence that is my trouble!! Tomorrow is another day ;) .

Oh dear! Doesn't sound good to me.

You need your full quota of packs to ensure sufficient nutrition.

    Ive been there :o

The only thing that worked for me is
    a) chhosing a bar or shake on those ooooh i forgot WOOOF!
b0 a grilled chicken breast cooked and sliced in the fridge for those I need something moments or a pot of fat free cottage cheese.

Im no angel myself , I think the weird thing is that with the CD you can feel full for ages , then BAM need to eat something then sometimes its not so convenient.

  • Well crossed a few milestones today so I am a very happy bunny!!
  • Just four weeks to Christmas - hope everyone is being CD good!
  • This is my last week on Sole Source. After 3 months, i've had enough. I've lost a huge amount of weight, but have just over 1 and a half stones left to go, which i'll do over time. Anyway, SS isn't possible over December.

Initially i'm gonna try the 1000 plan, modified a bit, and will move onto the 1500 by mid december. I aim to be off all Cambridge products completly by the end of January 2008.
  • You need to do the 790 for one week, then the 1000 for a couple of weeks, then to the 1200

Hope all goes well for you!

No you don't. Cambs isn't an exact science. I run every day, and easily burn off more than i'm taking in. 790 simply isn't practical in Dec, and 1000 is only just about.

I'm gonna do it my way, which so far has lost me 5 and a half stone in 3 months.
  • The increase in carbs from Sole Source to 1000 Plan is too fast too soon!

    Be warned!

Im roughly sticking to 1000, but Im not eating too many carbs at all. My cdc said its fine, as long as i have some now and then. this week, I had a bread roll this morning, but salads for meals most of the time.

genrerally its working although I have no time again to see cdc. I might see if I can find a cdc closer to work :)
