I'm back! Not quite the biggie I wanted but week 14 WI total is 4.2lbs. That makes 54 lbs over all. Not bad even if I say so myself.

Unfortunately I've come back and now all I want is chips and curry sauce....you naughty naughty people!!!!

    well done babes!!!

we're not talking chips, we're talking curry sauce!

You're a good girl though, so stay focused!

    Good Morning All,

    Well, what a difference 10 days makes - 8lbs on:eek:.

Thats a bit scary isn't it. I have actually been CDing aswell, but not very well. And have to own up to a bit of a binge yesterday once I knew I was getting back on track today, so I am working on the basis that this will mainly be water, (Or lack of it as I havent been drinking any to flush myself out) and bloating, which in theory should come off again very quickly.

Rather than put me off, its actually made me feel a little more determined than ever to get back on track big time.

I have filled in Maz's chart, (I had filled in targets for 3lb week) that makes you realise how far off track you can go, at 3llb a week, I should have nearly been about an extra 10-12lbs off, instead of 8 on.

Alf, thats my problem, finding something to write about. I ramble on forums, about all sorts, but to sit and put a book together, thats another matter - well done you, I am really impressed.

Can we have signed first editions??, I'll pay for it, would just like a signed one! I like it when you see names you know in print.

Wishing you all a wonderful CD day.

    Be good.:A

Of course you can :D im honoured :p

i put on three pounds in my ten days off so im quite happy about that also really determinded to get back on track

    hey guys!

Sue - never mind the 8lb gain... it's shiit but what can you do, it's mostly water and starch so you'll shift it quickly which will give you a boost and focus again...

i have the 3lb a week targets in my chart too... it's great to see how you could be at goal by a certain date... i should be at goal by my holidays, but i know that 3lbs a week is a big ask as you get closer to goal.... so we'll see......

Never mind the signed copies! i want to go to the launch of this book alpha! a red carpet affair with champers and blinis and stuff!!!

or is that only in the movies!?

If im really good and its recieved as well as i think it may... there may even be book signings etc. we culd all try and be skinny minnies and you can all come cheer me on :D

    Fantastic news Princess, well done,

CDC won't kick you out PAP, you are doing it for her not you!!

I always had lots of problems with totm, very sick, tired, in lots of pain. Have PCOS which dosent help, and always very irregular.
Specialist recommended the 3 year implant, its been brilliant I must say, just coming to the end of the first 3 years now and have started to have a few more problems, presumably as the hormones are starting to wear off.

Well guess what hubby and son had for dinner, bloody chippie tea, chicken curry and chips, and son had sos curry and chips.

I took the dog out for a walk in absolutely lousy rain!!!!
