Are you thinking takeaway or make it yourself?

There aren't many options for Chinese, that will still be good for you.

Tandoori options without the sauce are quite good with a bit of salad instead of rice or naan.

    Chippie - just forget it.

Nice piece of fillet steak with a bit of salad would be nice at home, (Or at a restaurant!)

Its funny really, I'm OK with the 8lbs as I know it will come off again prettty quick, I was more fed up with the losses I missed out on!!

Feeling good on it today though, tomorrow I'm at a football tournament all day with DS and I have said I will drive at the night time so can't drink so tom should be another good day.

Will have to pay son to make his own pizzas for tea I think!!

    Good Luck Poggy!!!

Spud we couldn't think of anything good to have from the chippie, fish I suppose but really you would need to take the batter off, maybe chicken??

I like the sound of the Cajun Chicken too, but I've been a naughty girl so its , mint chocolate for me tonight!!!

fish, (and for all the carbs in the batter, i'd leave it on)... i'd have fish and mushy peas with a couple of kids chips.... but not too many.....

mor vinegar than salt to reduce chance of water retention as salt can be a bad un!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Maz, I LOVE you, even more if you say I can have some curry sauce :D

I was also thinking a chicken breast (no skin), and maybe asking for a portion of the salad they put on their burgers, curry sauce compulsary ;)
