Are you thinking takeaway or make it yourself?
There aren't many options for Chinese, that will still be good for you.
Tandoori options without the sauce are quite good with a bit of salad instead of rice or naan.
Chippie - just forget it.
Nice piece of fillet steak with a bit of salad would be nice at home, (Or at a restaurant!)
Its funny really, I'm OK with the 8lbs as I know it will come off again prettty quick, I was more fed up with the losses I missed out on!!
Feeling good on it today though, tomorrow I'm at a football tournament all day with DS and I have said I will drive at the night time so can't drink so tom should be another good day.
Will have to pay son to make his own pizzas for tea I think!!0 -
Oh nooo, dont know what to do now

It was going to be chippy - friday night, chippy night

Spud we couldn't think of anything good to have from the chippie, fish I suppose but really you would need to take the batter off, maybe chicken??

fish, (and for all the carbs in the batter, i'd leave it on)... i'd have fish and mushy peas with a couple of kids chips.... but not too many.....
mor vinegar than salt to reduce chance of water retention as salt can be a bad un!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Maz, I LOVE you, even more if you say I can have some curry sauce
I was also thinking a chicken breast (no skin), and maybe asking for a portion of the salad they put on their burgers, curry sauce compulsary
