editing done, so glad that i am not the only paranoid one ;)

the only problem with my full time job? i work with special needs kids and we have to prepare meals with/for them and EAT with them. this is going to make this diet hard. because i have to eat, i am 'setting and example'

well when the time comes i will just take a small portion and eat only that meal (normally there is one and max two per shift depending on the shift.) and my CD products

its a fairly active job so thats great

Well done on the Job Alf, sounds Great (apart from the eating bit of course) The book sounds interesting too!
Would like to do something like that, but don't have the time, or the ideas either, so thats an idea out of the window.

Goldy, well done, you've done really well, don't know if I could get that excited about cabbage though!!

Evening all, been away for a couple of weeks and cant believe i've just had to catch up on 22 pages!!!

Been eating like a complete pig nearly the whole time i've been away so am completely dreading wi on monday. Maybe it'll give me a kick up the bum and motivate me to be extra good.

sammy - do you think i should be a counseller? it does cross my mind... thing is my house isn't nice enough TBH!

I'd have to do home visits only!

and i don't like my counseller enough to let her benefit from sponsoring me....

plus i really need to finish other things in my life, like book keeping course...

Ahem yes well get yer !!!! into gear and get the book keeping course finished now, while you are losing the weight. I think you would make a fantastic counsellor, just the right mix between bossy and motivational :rotfl:. Could you not rent an office to do CD from, my counsellor converted her garage - never actually go into her house, keeps it completely seperate. Do you have to have a sponsor then, (maybe think about changing counsellors ).

And I am the granny (to be!) of the bunch, I will be bloomin well 44 in four weeks!

    When did that happen!

;)Mrs T, I know, you darent turn your back for a minute, 2 hours it took me to catch up.

I too was very bad, but getting back on track, this eating is bad for you, makes you feel lousy!!

Maz I would vote for you as a councellor, I reckon your CDC wouldn't like the competition;)

I think you are a great motivator, and you are human too, thats whats more important. You arn't an angel, but you come close enough to keep us going. You are also interested in the health side of things aswell, not just looking super slim.

I think it would be a great thing for you to do!!!
