Haha, well thank you very much but i've deliberately only got pics of me from the shoulders up. I was 15.5st when i took my profile pic! But thank you, that's a lovely thing to say. I need to get on and have a proper look at all your pics later. I'm a nosey !!!!!!!!

im sorry i left, i had to go to bed. Newly weds huh!
And some exciting news to share (i think i mentioned that i wanted to write a book) well i have been approached to write articles for a website that focuses on the industry i am going to write about. (pro bono of course but will be a great plug for my book when its written) i am so proud of myself right now!! well done babes!! excellent and all adds to your profile.
Do you think its very wrong that up until now (because of my user name) they think i am the professional? (my husband is but i am the 'brains' and the written word if you will) i have been giving advice for a while now about it. I never write if i am not sure and i always ask him, i have a fairly unique point of view on his profession and i intend to use it for my book (which will be written as me). i had actually created the account for him to use for advice but he never did so i did.
is it okay to ask what kinda profession it is?
I is bad person, can has cheezeburger now yes?
no cheesburger!!! you bad asssss!!
Lots of professions have think tanks and comittees that are made up of lay persons... so as long as you're not trying to advise brain surgeons on the technicalities of their craft then i can't see why you can't do what you're doing...
Are you giving insight and humour (knowing you!)?
Or are you giving out real technical advice?
Or both?
Or is it anecdotal?I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
you lot lose me lol!!
hope your all ahving an 100% day ;-)it costs nothing to smile:D0 -
Morning all, i only have maz and alpha on my fb - would love to add you others, how can we do this ?
well i am off to liverpool for the weekend with hubby to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary - the inlaws have the kids - yipee - we are going for a few meals but i m takiing some tetras to put in the fridge in hte hotel room and going to try to use the gym and swim etc, any ideas how i can stick to plan ??????? HELP
xxxxx
stick to protein and salad or veg... lay off the proper starchy carbs... some nice veg will have more carbs than the plan but not near as much as potatoes and bread....
Maybe just a glass of wine but be prepared to monitor how it makes you feel... as they reckon you can get drunk pretty quickly in ketosis... if you bear it, don't drink at all as it's just such a waste of calories i feel...
Skip pudding, or share a pud with hubby or even consider a tetra for pudding... i find a choc tetra is as good a sweet fix as anything..... alternatively have a lovely coffee, cappucino or espresso and mentally consider that your pudding....
lots of exercise is key, and not just in the gym/pool! afterall, it's your anniversary!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

and further to that.... no snacking in between the nice meals.... you know you can go aaaaalllll day long without eating, so try to avoid snackstops, or if hubby wants a snack then treat yourself to a latte or a fizzy water....
nice meals are worth it, snacks and eating crap while out and about are not worth blowing it for.....!
and sports bottles of water on the go all the time, so you're getting your 3l a day in, that'll help flush out any excesses you might take on board at nights....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
thanks for all that maz, will start planning - like the idea of the choc tetra for pud, i just love them !!!
