Maybe just a glass of wine but be prepared to monitor how it makes you feel... as they reckon you can get drunk pretty quickly in ketosis... if you bear it, don't drink at all as it's just such a waste of calories i feel...
Skip pudding, or share a pud with hubby or even consider a tetra for pudding... i find a choc tetra is as good a sweet fix as anything..... alternatively have a lovely coffee, cappucino or espresso and mentally consider that your pudding....
lots of exercise is key, and not just in the gym/pool! afterall, it's your anniversary!!0 -

nice meals are worth it, snacks and eating crap while out and about are not worth blowing it for.....!
and sports bottles of water on the go all the time, so you're getting your 3l a day in, that'll help flush out any excesses you might take on board at nights....
you are a start maz

Well Bloody Hell
10 days off, 10 days........
And its taken me 2 hours to catch up.......
Loved the wedding pictures Alf, you look lovely and the dress is wonderful, Mr Alf looks pretty good too. I am sure you had a lovely time.
Thank you for missing me, It almost brought a tear to my eye to know that you thought about me.
I have had a very busy week or so, unfortunately with lots of eating and drinking. It is surprisingly easy to slip back into bad habits, and Goldy, you are defintely doing the right thing going through the plans properly. My WI is tomorrow, I won't be expecting any losses, and fully expect a gain after the last 10 days. I have read all your posts about the lousy times you have been having and thinking about quitting. Must admit I was on the way there too - again:eek:. I have still been CDing, but not completed one 100% SS day in the last 10, due to lots of different reasons, some unavoidable, some could have been avoided, some just total binging.
But do you know, I have felt so lethargic, bloated, stomach pains, I now feel almost desparate to start again. I felt great before, running, walking the dog for hours at a time. The last couple of days I've just wanted to curl up in front of the TV.
You've all had some great losses too! Well Done Everyone:T
Keep up the good work:j:j0 -
