    Good Morning All,

    Well, what a difference 10 days makes - 8lbs on:eek:.

Thats a bit scary isn't it. I have actually been CDing aswell, but not very well. And have to own up to a bit of a binge yesterday once I knew I was getting back on track today, so I am working on the basis that this will mainly be water, (Or lack of it as I havent been drinking any to flush myself out) and bloating, which in theory should come off again very quickly.

Rather than put me off, its actually made me feel a little more determined than ever to get back on track big time.

I have filled in Maz's chart, (I had filled in targets for 3lb week) that makes you realise how far off track you can go, at 3llb a week, I should have nearly been about an extra 10-12lbs off, instead of 8 on.

Alf, thats my problem, finding something to write about. I ramble on forums, about all sorts, but to sit and put a book together, thats another matter - well done you, I am really impressed.

Can we have signed first editions??, I'll pay for it, would just like a signed one! I like it when you see names you know in print.

Wishing you all a wonderful CD day.

    Be good.:A

    hey guys!

Sue - never mind the 8lb gain... it's shiit but what can you do, it's mostly water and starch so you'll shift it quickly which will give you a boost and focus again...

i have the 3lb a week targets in my chart too... it's great to see how you could be at goal by a certain date... i should be at goal by my holidays, but i know that 3lbs a week is a big ask as you get closer to goal.... so we'll see......

Never mind the signed copies! i want to go to the launch of this book alpha! a red carpet affair with champers and blinis and stuff!!!

or is that only in the movies!?

PAP - of course its totm, you will feel better soon I am sure.

I cannot believe, just how wonderful I felt when I was on the plan, (after the first 10 days or so), it really does get better, hang on in there.

Pap, i'm so glad that i'm not the only one who feels really crappy at times... i did worry that everyone seems to find it much easier than i did....

Are you doing a blog? or a mood diary? (i love m'blog!)

It'll do you good to look back and see the change in how you feel when you do come out the other side of this...... because you will come out the other side... and into the status quo... blame the evil TOTM!!

i do agree that it's a lot of denial and hardship to go thru to lose or stay the same... but it's not the diet that's causing the stay the same... it's the period...

i bet ordinarily we all gained 3-4lbs during a period before CD... so really do not give up this week... even if, which i doubt you will, you end up the same, it's gotta catch up in a mega loss next week......

    Afternoon

Dont worry about the 8lbs Dunc, you'll soon lose it again.

Pap, hope you feel better soon hun.

I cant be doing with the TOTM changes. Have had 2 in 4 weeks, before CD, I hadnt had one for 4 years

It's 'doing a Maz' night. Dont know what to have
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
