Mazza, what about if you sold your surplus? On e-bay or something? Can't believe CDCs don't give u a choice and make u buy in bulk if they're going on holiday! xStill to go: 24lbs:think:0

Goldy, I like a few flavours and I feel I can live on 3/4 packs so thats not too bad. I am going to get my base 21 on Sunday and then buy a porrige and soup tio just try this week. That way if I hate them I can bin it and still have a shake iyswim
I am over the worse
Maz, Thats wrong because on the CD website it states you can return unused packs for a refund, is this not what you are doing really anyways? I would contatc head office and see what they say. Or mention to your CDC that you wont be buying the packs but would gladly pay £5 for the weigh in
Bounce, You arnt allowed to sell your packs on ebay any more  Hence why CD brought in the refund policy :TPaps In Ketosis
Got up early to have a shake before work (strawberry ~ lush). Just back home via the vet and I am in ketosis. Have a little head ache today but I can deal with that. So lets hope thats the worse over
Oh I havent weighed on my scales yet. Do you think I should do or wait untill Sunday for a surprise?0 -

Oops, i didn't realise.
So glad you're in ketosis, what a relief u must feel! :j
I love the strawberry aswell, like nesquik but lusher and there's more of it! I would honestly wait to weigh yourself, don't make the same mistake i did. Paul McKenna makes a good point in his book. This isn't a direct quote but he says something like a plane on its way to its destination is flying in the wrong direction 80% of the time (or something). Which is why he recommends not weighing yourself all the time but leave it as long as u can between WIs. I am boycotting the scales at work and sticking to my sat WI. xStill to go: 24lbs:think:0 -

thanks Pap - she just frustrates me as she is kinda like non negotitable/so inflexible on it, and i'm trying to keep it light and not get into conflict as i'm not nearlt ready to cut loose but i'm pretty sure this is just their own rules... (however they can create their own business rules to fit within cambridge guidelines)
I might try the refund policy quote, or phone up CD anonymously and ask their opinion..... so i know where i really stand....
If you can wait til sunday then it wil be a brill surprise, personally i never can wait a week... sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

as pap said, you can't sell on ebay... i did give some at cheaper than cost to my neighbour who is flirting with CD (she's done it before) but i made a loss technically on those, although i was happy to give her them...
I don't know if it's all CDC's or just mine, that's why i thought i'd open it out for discussion......I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Bounce ~ I only read said thing about ebay on minimins. I understand there meaning though because anyone can buy off there and become extremely ill  Definate relief, I decided if I wasnt in it up untill tommorow I will be contatcing my CDC and eating food :rotfl: I am glad I didnt eat food and am in it though. Plus strangely today I havent felt hungry  Sides/back still hurt though
Thanks I think I will wait to weigh. I couldnt get to my scales before because the cat was living under my bed. I think I am going to wait untill Sunday. I dont feel different though
Maz ~ I would phone them. I understand where she is coming from but it just doesnt make sence to meI am doing 100% but if I was ever to have spare packs my CDC has already said I can drop packs. Maybe you CDC is just being akward

well done Goldy :j :j Remeber a loss is a loss however small. Plus I bet you may have lost inchies this week too, which doesnt show when weighing... Just keep going0 -
Well done goldy! At least it was a loss!!!
Maz, I had a terrible week last week and when i went to WI on Tuesday it only cost me £23.00 because i had loads left over - my CDC didn't seem to mind at all, but I can see your point and your CDC's point to be honest.
I wouldn't be happy having to pay £100 + for my packs either in one go, but I get paid monthly so i don't suppose it would make a difference - it just sounds a lot to spend on the diet in 1 go.If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0 -

especially when i probably have £40-£50 quids worth waiting to be used up!!
Goldy - 1.5lbs loss is good! it's all in the right direction... but it might have been a slow loss week anyway... i'd not think that some ham and 2 plain biscuits would be the difference between 6lbs and 1.5 IYKWIM.... you will probably catch up next week... but at least it's still a loss!! :T:TI'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
