I know what you mean, I don't know what weight in numbers I want to be. CDC and I agreed not to put a target weight down on paper, but i'll know when I get to it. Secretly I'd like to be 10st.5lb but I think it might be too small for my frame? or will it be? I need to find it first lol.
Big loss last week then, you musy have felt so much better for losing a decent amount. although a lb in brillaint but there is that thing in us dieters that says 1lb is nit enough for the suffering we go through.0 -
i was googling cambridge, i felt like i was kinda coasting and haven't got any new information for a while... like i was needing a wee information fix to keep me motivated IYKWIM...

I was talking to my mum yesterday, she'd been telling someone how well i was doing, and i said "don't you get bored hearing me go on about it all the time" she said she wasn't bored, noone was, it was good for me to be doing so well and people need feedback to keep them motivated, it's all part of the journey....
i suppose that's why i'm on here so much, cause i need to get information and stimulation to keep me interested... otherwise it just feels like a drudge....
am i making sense.......?

and i am knackered and up early and still a long list of things to do. i know the thing that will interest you CD's the most though
Since friday (two CD a day) plus pizza (all these were just the one per day) burger, pub dinner and curry night i have not gained a single poundnot even any water weight. how fab am i
and have had my 3-4l every day religiously infact not a drop of anything else has passed my lips not coke (which i love) nor cordial nor anything alcoholic or anything
*awaits pat on back*
if this is what life is going to be like maintaining after CD then i think we can all do it.

Maz, you are making sense, I spend alot of time on minimins, I find there more I read about people and thier achievemnts and how they deal with CD on a daily basis the more eager I am to succeed.0

Well I am having a bad day. Still not in ketosis and I really want some food :rolleyes: Couldnt fit in my shake before work so just took my tetra. I was feeling unwell at about 11am so quickly grabbed my tetra. Had a shake at 4pm but I am hungry now. Have one more shake left :rolleyes:0 -

Lisa i dont think 10.5 is too low - how tall are you? i am 5.7 and want to be around that mark. just see how you are when you near that target and see if you think you can go further xxxxGetting married in Cuba in Feb 2011cant wait xxxx
