Sorry guys, don't think i can do this anymore. I've put on a pound. I just don't get where i'm going wrong. 3 packs a day, 3-4 litres of water a day, no cheating. I'm a big girl and i'm only in my 2nd week, this weight should be flying off.
CDC said she'd give me a call later...
P.s. congratulations Alf, i'll bet you're going to be a beautiful bride :j x x
Hey Bounce, don't give up. I had a really tough few days at the beginning of this week and really wanted to stop and I've only been doing this for about 5 or 6 weeks. I emailed my CDC and said I want to step up to the SS+. You can still stay on it for the long term and I think it will help me to stay on track by having some chicken and a bit of veg. Maybe if you go onto it you will be able to go to the loo with a bit of veg going through you. Please stick around, we will miss you otherwise. Hang on in there girl...Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

postingalwaysposting wrote: »Hi all thought I would update. Just after posting I was physically sick. Ofcourse I had only water mainly in me so it wasnt pleasent but I felt a little better afterwards. I was then really shaky so had my final shake before hitting bed. Had a two hour nap and now feel good. A little weak but ok. Going to make a point of getting up early tommorow to have a shake before work.
So flavours wise I had the strawberry tetra ~ yuk it was like drinking pure syrup, never again. Then I had toffee and walnut but that was simaler to the vannila and capp, it seems to me its all a base taste with extra added  It went down but I didnt enjoy it. Then the last one before my lap I had the lovely choc and mint cold :T Love it still
Bit worried as my CDC said she would email/phone to see how I am getting on ~ nothing yet. Ah well day 4 tommorow, and I hope my new stix come as I only have one left
Have a great evening all
Why don't you literally just stick with chocolate mint next week. To be honest, like you say its a base taste (of vitamins and minerals) with an artificial flavour mixed in, so you might as well stick with what you like if its going to keep you going in the long run. I only have the same three things day in day out. Vanilla shake for breakfast, chocolate carton for lunch, malted toffee bar in the evening. That's it, never any other flavours because apart from toffee and walnut which is okay, I can't stand the others.Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

Hi all.
Weighed in on Tuesday and lost 3lb - was very surprised considering I ate loads last week.
I haven't read back through the thread yet, but will try to later today.
Good luck goldfinch - i am sure it will be a good result.
Sorry you haven't been feeling well postingalwaysposting. Hope you are ok now.
Bounce - i have felt like you so many times, I ate kebab, chinese & chips last week and wanted to throw in the towel coz i was so miserable and rowing with my OH all the time. Please try and give yourself another week. I feel better this week and am glad I decided to stick with it. You could always add a small meal to your diet.
It must be so frustrating going through this diet (and sticking to it) and then putting on weight. I know it would upset me, because this diet is hard work. If you lived closer bounce, i would come and spur you on. xxIf dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0 -

Hi Pea, I'm 5'3 and I do have a large body frame (well the wrist test said I do) so I don't know really. I will go until I feel right. I guess thats the more sensible option.0 -
Alpha - Pleeeaaasseee post us a picture (when you can) of you and Mr Alpha looking gorgeous on your wedding day. Hope it was everything you wanted it to be.If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0

Don't get yer hopes up re the bars bounce-e! i think they're minging!!
Guys, induldge me if you will, i feel the need to ramble.....
It's no secret that i haven't been 100% good, and this has resulted in my having a surplus of packs that would easily allow me to have a week without buying anything, thereby saving £40... but when i asked my CDC about this she wasn't able to do that... cambridge rules apparently...
kinda annoying, cause i know big g sees me coming home with another bag of products and the cupboard is already full... seems like i'm spending money i don't need to.....
On the flip side, i do understand that the products are the way the CDC makes money, and if i visit, get weighed but buy nothing, then she makes nothing... but it's still annoying me.... so i asked if i could maybe "stop" for a week or two, and catch up on the packs i have and then "restart" (but actually having never stopped) but she was unwilling to do that workaround either....
If i want to leave or have a break i have to give 2 weeks notice.
My CDC goes on her hols in July, and people will have to buy 3 weeks packs prior to her going... So o tolde her last night i would hand in my notice 2 weeks before she goes on holiday so i can get away with not shelling out the £100 in a one-er......
I will then have to focus and go it alone... by rights i should be within 9lbs of goal by then (based on continuing average of 3lb a week, which i am at the moment) and should have enough packs to see me thru a quick step up the plans....
not ideal but i refuse to be held over a barrel to buy stuff i don't need..... and cannot afford when i have it already sitting...
now i know some will say, you shouldn't have extra packs, you should be using 3 a day every day.... i know that, but it doesn't alter the fact that i do have the extra sitting there!
I really like my counseller and i'm doing great under her tutelidge (sp), she is positive and friendly and really supportive. (plus great when i have to bring my daughter with me to weigh ins. she even gave her tea one night!)
So i'm not going to let this issue hang over me, i've told her when i intend to hand my notice in and why... i just hope i can focus and lose the maximum weight before then....
I wonder if other people have similar experiences, or if CDC's reading would comment on their perspective....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
