Cheers Spud. I am sure it will be fine, just got a bit panicky when it didn't appear - can't cope with the two year old i have at the moment lol let alone another one running around the place!

I once missed a whole month, when DD was 3 and DS was about 10 months. I panicked I can tell you

Hi everyone. Can I just say well done on the huge losses this week....and a big hug for Maz xxx I'm sure its to do with all the running, when I was going to the gym every day I had smaller losses than normal so I cut down to only 2-3 times a week and got my weight moving again.

OT - I've been to see Dancing on Ice this afternoon with my eldest daughter and it was fab! Except for the women sat next to us eating chilli jacket potatoes!!

Another thing that made my day was that I hit 50lbs lost!!! I cant believe that 12 weeks ago I was a 16st 2lbs size 20-22 and now I'm 12 8 and a size 14!! What a difference 3 months can make! If I can figure out how to do it (i'm pc illiterate!!) I'll get some pics up.

Heres to another great week for us all

:j omg Poggy, that's so nice to hear cos that is exactly the weight i am now and want to get down to 12 and a half ish. Has it really only taken you 12 weeks? Please get some pics up cos u have totally inspired me. I just started today. I'm expecting a rough ride. Still not sure about the coke zero thing, my CDC is saying a can a day is ok, some people saying from 3 weeks it's ok, some people saying not at all. I'm just gonna avoid it i think. Seems to be the safest way. :o

    Poggy - 50lbs - what a milestone, that is so amazing :T
Maz - you looked like you had great fun on your run on Saturday. I suspect your little gain is a lot to do with drinking all that water just before WI.:grouphug:

I had a great Saturday, and most of Sunday, except we ended up going out for tea as my sons football team won the cup final - Yeah! (very stressful, it went to penalties)

Big Dunc and I did two very long walks on Saturday and Sunday, so I am have done my exercise for the weekend!, and its Day 8 of the running program tonight!

With all my new found energy, I even decided to spring clean the lounge, even pulled out the couches and did skirtking boards etc, then Husband and son came in and it dosent look quite so wonderful!!

Have a good CD day today everyone!!
