Bounce my Counsellor said NO WAY to those things you meintioned. Try and stick to the water. I am sure fizzy water is fine. I loved drinking diet coke before this diet, but since i started I haven't missed it all. Try and stick to the water if you can.
Well done Maz & Erin and Lisa & pixie.:T:TIf dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0 -

No diet or zero drinks allowed anymore, as they still contain some carbs. Just water. In week 3 you are allowed the Cambridge water flavouring which makes it more bearable. Summer Berries is ok.Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb

Well its Day 3 for me... And so far the hardest! all because I'm not at work, So sitting about doing !!!!!! all has got me thinking about all the lovely food I could be having lolol..... Also I don't think it helps that I'm completely sick of the Choc tetras, I'm drinking nothing but choc so I can get rid of them asap.
Still no headaches, Breath stinks tho, But no funny taste in mouth.
Did a big of digging in the garden today to plant some veg but started to feel dizzy so came back inside.
I'll be glad to get back to work tomorrow!!!

I did loads of gardening today too and a tip visit then went to herne bay and walked to whitstable and back which is like a 7 mile round trip!!! I was up at 8 with lots of energy - think thats all the coffee im drinking - scared it will stain my teeth as i had them whitened not long ago and dont want them getting yellowy at all which is why im brushing my teeth like 4 5 times a dayhelps keep hunger at bay too i think
