Well i am blinking raginly annoyed... i have gained a pound this week!!! !!!!!!!!!
I am scunnered to the back teeth and just want to greet...... i've never gained in any week, so this is alarming...
never mind, hope it's half decent next week....!

i wondered about the water thing TBH... i had a tetra this morning about 1030, but realised about 2pm that i'd not had any other fluids... so i quickly glugged 3 x 500mls bottles in an hour... then another one on the way the CD's ......
Not going to worry too much.. but really need to lose next week or i might be wavering.... and i'm not ready to do that yet.....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

it is probably the water and the running - not having many carbs means that you turn the fat to muscle and burn fat as there are no carbs to kill - have you tried measuring yourself - u cudda lost inches
keep going next week will be much better

Maybe you need to move up a plan to fuel your running so you carry on loosing?
