At the end of the day we are all still human - we will get better results if we follow the plan rigidly, don't cheat, but sometimes it is just very very hard to do. We all enjoy food, and even by giving up "almost" everything we are still in a better position and losing weight and being more healthy than we were before.

Maz you still made a very considered "cheat", I think thats Excellent. When I cheated last w/e it was very bad, I don't even like crisps, (did like the lager though).

But what I am glad about is that I managed to get back on the plan asap, instead of pigging out for the rest of the weekend like I would have done before.

Small steps - we will get there, it might take a little longer some weeks, but hang on in there.

(My mum wants me to go out for tea on Sunday as Hubby and Son are going to Wembley to watch the semi final - I want to be good but the restaurant she wants to go to is just gorgeous. On the plus side I won't be able to drink, which will avoid the alcohol induced temptations, so just really need to consider what I am going to eat BEFORE I get there. Do you think Curried Crab and Advacado is OK?) I suspect it probably isn't but its my favourite.
  • Morning all!!!

I still haven't heard from the CDC lady I emailed yesterday. Do they usually take this long?

If I haven't heard by the end of the day then I will call.

Feeling rather low today as last night I went to put a pair of jeans on (my favorites) and could harldy fit in them, I have to do something desperatly. I am out of control here. :(

Arrrh, the dreaded too tight jeans!
I think we must have all been there, mine were tight but I could do them up, but had to pinch my hubbys rugby shirts to cover up the large roll of flab that got pushed over the top.

Thats gone now after only two weeks, well most of it.

Spud, Lisa get on the phone and keep ringing while you are in the mood, till you get through.
    Good luck.
