Morning all - I am sooooo tired today. It feels like it should be Friday, not Thursday. Day off tomorrow anyway. Going to take the little one to soft play and give her a nice day.

I need to go back to bed today, just can't seem to wake myself up this morning.

So, anyone have any news?

Welsh - I feel like that today but also feeling strong! i have decided to go all the way for 11 stone!

Gold - Go for it, go to 10!! Maz and Duncan are both on facebook, i wanted to add you but cant do it off that picture for some reason and cant find you in the search
13lb is not much... only a month or so - Oh and you look lovely and wherever the picture is taken looks lovely too!

PS you guys i love the Fox thing!! its really inspired and motivated me *blush!*

Thanks FoxyLoxy. I was almost 40yrs old ha ha but did feel good. It was in Turkey and actually went in the sea without feeling too embarrassed (would right now though as fat gut again!). Am so excited about getting bars today its ridiculous. Come on 10.15am, the clock is dragging!

Goldy - try the bars out the fridge! they can be much nicer if you found you didnt much like them. Well no only try the chewy ones like that (out the fridge) cause with the others (such as peanut and cranberry) if they were cold you may chip a tooth or something
Oh and Gold i would not have pegged you as 40. maybe 35!

I have always felt embarassed going to the sea... so i never went even though i lived in aus for a year i think i went to the beach only a handful of times! the shame really

Thanks for the picture Goldfinch, It does make a difference don't you think to put faces to names.
I had a Chocolate bar last night for tea. They are OK, I cut mine into bits to make it last longer, but I do find that the drinks are a little more satisfying at teatime so might starting having a bar at lunch.
Don't forget to let us know how you get on at WI.

Alpha, glad you had a lovely birthday tea, some days are just meant for spoiling yourself, sounds yummy. (particularly as I sit here sipping my Banana Bliss Tetra!!)

Alpha, you go for it - I think with everyone on the forum it will be easier to go for stronger goals.

Chris, 6 stone in 13 weeks, that is amazing, and a huge inspiration for the rest of us. You have done so well and I bet you feel like skipping everywhere you go.
That is more than my 10 year old son weighs!

I agree with you on the bars, much nicer at a lunch time. And it was so yummy but i felt good about how i handled it! (could have chosen not to go but i want to still have little bit if a life)

I have a confession, of sorts to make,
Big G wanted a kebab brought in last night so i stood in the shop after ordering his, absolutely torturing myself.... i resisted the lure of a chicken kebab with salad and chips and ordered myself 2 popadums and a garlic sauce..... so while he had his kebab, i dipped into that... and y'know what, it was lush!! 120 cals in 2 popadums, negligable carbs... but it satisfied the craving for something takeaway-ish.....

am stinking of garlic today though, so be glad this is a virtual chat room!!

so i was bad, but i could have been badder... is that okay?
