I'm telling you, you can tell a lot from a ickle x at the end of an email ;):D

i agree! it is sometimes hard to supress a little x at the end of some emails I send to clients, but it doesn't look very professional to have an accountant sending xxxxx's - they might think i have some kind of screw loose....:p

the reason i asked was to see if she had a CDC profile on minimins but it doesn't look like she does....

    Happy birthday Alpha.

    Welcome newbies.

The diet is fab and really does work. I've lost 22lbs in 6 weeks which is a miracle for me. Like Maz, i also have a little sneaky nibble every now and then but so far (i know it'll probably catch up with me) so good.

For me the hardest part was that first contact with a cdc. I emailed 3 initially and took it from there.

    Tips from me would be

    1. Start today, not tomorrow
    2. Drink between 2.5 and 4 ltrs of water a day
    3. Take a fiber supplement like fibersure
    4. Stay away from the cheese and brocolli soup!!!!!!!!!!!!!

might be an idea to try and cut out some carbs now, that way the first days on the plan are less of a culture shock!

Do you take milk and sugar in your tea/coffee Spud/Lisa?
