    Hi all. Just got back and having a malt toffee bar for brekkie - how decadent! Lost 3 1/2lb making a total of 8lb exactly in two weeks. Happy days...:beer:

    Sorry about that guys, In was in the middle of replying to you all but today was the change over date for our new broadband suplier and well. you can guess the rest...

    anyway, I am soooooom scared of contacting CDC woman, actually I am petrified, Doen't help by the fact that I have a kind of phone phobia. Sad eh!

    My husband would, but I feel like I should just do it myself really. I guess I am finally trying to concur the fat mountain I have grown over the years lol. It is scary as I have ignored it for such a long time but now no more!!!! Must make contact. Must make contact.....
