Thanks hun. Does yours have a mobile number, then you could send a text ? Come on, be brave ;)

DH isnt as willing in all this as I'd hoped. He's moaning about the cost etc - over £50 each a week because we've both to have 4 shakes a day. I've told him he can either join me or not, because I'm definitely doing it. He's now sat chunnering to himself :rotfl:

oh Spud i am so so happy for you! and let OH come to this in his own time, maybe it will help if you don't actually start on the same week anyway... i think i might have murdered and ate erin in week 1 if Big G hadn't kept me in line, 2 parents who are crabbit and hungry might send the minispuds running for the hills!!!

Lisa - proactive girl! well done!!!

Alpha, we spend £50 a week on takeaways, never mind the rest of the food shopping. I know we'll still be buying for the kids, but it wont be much. I dont think it's much to pay to get healthier and feel better about ourselves :D
