Another 4lb loss last night! 18lbs in 3 weeks. Thinking of having a meal on Saturday. Was thinking about a steak and some salad, do you think it'd hurt much?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Only read the last page, but hope to add a few tips....
Water, if it is a problem pace it through the day, have a pint before work, a bottle on your desk to drink by lunchtime, re-fill bottle to have before going home, a pint before dinner & another pint in the eve. If you have not finnished your bottle by lunchtime just drink it before you leave your desk.
Try all the choices, hopefully you will find something you like....Trace who won Slimmer of the year in 2007 only liked Choc Mint - she would get a box every week & did that for about 9 months!!!
If you genuinely don't like anything then think of it as a nutritional suppliment, not necessarily something to enjoy! If you really don't like it make it with less water to get it down quicker - but remember to have the extra water so as not to miss out on it. Or try it with more water - you may like it.
Remember you can have some cold things made hot - eg choc, choc mint, toffee & walnut, vanilla.....or even have coffee in them.
Good luck on the diet - Cambridge Rocks!!!

Had my weigh in on Monday and have lost 1st & 2.5lbs so far. Am so pleased, but 2 stone to go...
Bought myself a treat (DVD I've been after) as a reward for the 1st stone.
Re: the soups - stay away from Broccoli & Cheese unless you like the taste of other people's feet!!0 -
I had a steak and salad it was delish.....
Actually I have had a bit of a week off, although I have been eating very sensibly and not too excess. Still not had a bar of chocolate. OH has been at home for the last two weeks when he normally works away so I have found it quite difficult when making meals for him not to have something myself....I think its the social aspect of a family meal rather than hunger. Normally my kids make their own tea so I don't have to worry about them...
He's back to working away next week so I intend to get back into it fully then. I have lost a total of 19lbs in four weeks and only have 13lbs left to lose...although the dress that I never thought I would get into now fits (if a bit snugly) and I need to go down a bra size!!!!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

hiya guys, restarted cd last Thursday with a total target to lose just over 34lbs. Weighed in this morning and have lost 8.4lb this week. I am so chuffed and well back into the swing of things including the water intake.

hi bindi! recognise you from minimins!! Great loss!
i thought about putting my ticker on here from minimins but decided it was probably better to have all my finance ones up there, with a wee nod to progress on CD...!
it does worry me how many people are restarters on CD... indicates a failure rate a bit i think..?
i am dreading weigh in tonight, really not sure if i will even have a loss... i have had indiscretions along the way but no blow outs, only nibbles and doubt calories were affected much...
if anything i haven't had my 3 shakes a day as i should have, which i know can be bad for your losses... must try harder and focus more on getting 3 a day in... not beating myself up about the odd piece of chicken or ham, it's not every day and it's not owt carby........
will report back my losses (if any) tonight........I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
The diet only fails when you let it fail. I am a restarter from last year and my start weight this time was still alot lower than last time. I hadnt been very watchful about what I was eating and decided to take action before I got any bigger. THIS DIET can work. It isnt easy and take a hell of alot of will power and detimation which I am full of at the moment. I dont want to be hiding in baggy clothes this summer so am doing something about it now.......
good luck with your weigh in tonight0 -
