Sounds like all of you are doing great, well done.

At my 3rd weigh in on Monday I only lost 1/2 pound - I was gutted until I got my measurements - in one week I lost 1" of my bust, waist & thighs & 2.5 inches from my hips! My CDC said my low loss was probably due to coming on. However, still happy with a loss of 8.5lbs in 3 weeks. Got another 2.5 stone to go tho...

Haven't cheated once and I am so proud of myself, especially as my life seems to resemble a soap-opera at the moment with constant drama. My normal habits would be to turn to food & alcohol for comfort but I have resisted.

Have started walking at lunch time with a friend from work and hope that this helps some, although a friend told me this might induce water retention - anyone know anything about that?

Well done on the loss babes, and on the positive attitude...

Re the walking and water retention, as long as you're drinking your recommended allowance and not doing any cheats food wise, you shouldn't retain any water.....

well done all of you, i'm sure that you will all be ok.

I had been doing so well maintaining, and sticking to the chicken

then don't ask me why, but i fell of the wagon today big style

this is what i've ate so far, and i feel so sick

    2 x single twix fingers
    1 mc vities digestive biscuit
2 chocolate eclaires (small toffees not the cakes, thank god)
1/2 packet of mc coys crisp
    1/2 packet of hoola hoops
2 x sticky toffee puddings, (small)
    with lashings of squirty cream
    10 1p chews
    small bottle of diet coke

i have no reason as to why i did this, and i can say that i feel so sick, as you can imagine.

I'm glugging water now to try and get rid of the sick feeling, and i'm going to do a good hour on the wi later.

I'm trying to think why did i do this, why after having a single twix did i carry on, i just kept thinking 'oh this won't matter, and i'll start tomorrow'

It's not the eating that i'm bothered about (well am a bit), as i am 9st 9lb, which is only 2lb over my weight, and i know that i can get todays weight loss off easy. But i'm sat with pen and paper trying to find a reason why, and i think that when i get that reason i will be able to understand more.

Dont feel too bad Chris, I screwerd up too... was a leaving do tonight for one of my dearest friends. Had a vodka and soda water to set me off, but was subsequently followed by two pints of lager and some bits of chicken ticken in a buffet.

Am drunk right now as I type -- REALLY drunk. However, still feel like crap for letting it happen :(

awwww guys don't beat yourselves up about it...

which is rich coming from me as i was beating myself up big style last night for only losing 1.5lbs this week, despite trying really hard...

I'm over it now, i know 9lbs in 2 weeks is good, so not going to worry too much and aim for much more next week...

i got my measurements done too, 1" off bust (OH NO!!), 1" off waist, 1/2" off each arm and nothing off my legs, but then i have pretty muscley legs anyhow, so not carrying my fat there...

All in all feeling more postive this morning but boy was i scunnered last night!

    :D

Maz - completely agree with this statement! I'm having the same "guttedness" everytime i get inches off there!!

But well done with the 9lbs!! Sounds like your having about the same weightloss as me - 91/2lb in 2 1/2 weeks. Good Luck!

  • I am quite happy with my weight loss this week. I lost three pounds so that it 13 pounds in two weeks. I did have my birthday this week and had a meal out so I was chuffed with the loss. I have just got a few meals over the next couple of weeks and I hope I can keep on track. Quite worried about stopping and starting.

Back from my third weigh-in. Despite my errors this week... had a 6 pound weight loss! That brings total weight loss to 22 pound in 2 weeks.

    76 more to go!
