I think best to leave the issue of C n Q now and get back to supporting people who are dieting. These things have a way of resolving themselves.0

I know its much later in the year, but I plan restarting when my baby is born, I have to leave it for 3 months as per guidelines, so unless I am still breastfeeding I will be restarting around June time.
Good luck for your restart, Cambridge does work. Best advice I can offer is ensure you go through the plans and then look into a low G.I. way of eating.0 -
I lost over 3 stone on Cambridge and although the first few days are hard, to be honest I found it relatively easy. The weight dropped off and I went from a size 22 to a size 16. I've still got a couple of stone to lose, however, not sure if I can go back on it as I love food and missed it dreadfully!!! Good luck whatever you decide to do. If you do start, drink the recommended amounts of water, don't try and do too much in the way of exercise and take lots of baths in the first few days as it takes your mind off the initial hunger. x x0

Thanks, I did do Cambridge 2 years ago and went from a size 20 to 12, I never felt so well and loved it. I then became very fit and kept the weight off well for a year but after an injury and starting working nights I unfortunately lost my incentive and went back to my old ways. I am back to where I started now and really hope to do it again I do know I can do this diet and how great I felt but I also know how much harder it is to do a second time. Hope I'm up to it. I will be happy to support anyone else who wishes to join me. I haven't decided when to start yet but it will be very soon after Xmas.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -

I can understand that. You sort of lose that natural high you get.
I cannot use any CD products till 3 months after my baby is born and I miss them0 -
Hi, I have been looking for a forum as i am starting cambridge diet for the first time on the 29th december and thought it would be a good idea to have contact with others who are on the diet. Although my partner is supportive, he is a chef so can't understand how or why I have chosen to do meal replacement.
I've read though the posts and am expecting a difficuly first week, but i am determined to do this and any advice would be greatly recieved.:o0 -
