    Hehe, you too CnQ :)

And, WW may allow you food, but doesn't make you lose a stone a month :)
  • Got a phone call with an dental appointment - thank goodness for that - had a painful loose filling. Thank heavens for folks who cancel. All sorted out now and pain-free.

Have been doing some decluttering. Been under the bed no less!

Didn't find anything interesting like money I may have hidden but it is done!

Having a rest and a black coffee.

Do you ever worry about keeping the weight off when you get to goal?

I can't help thinking that I'll jsut put half the weight back on if/when I get down to 9 stone. Hmph.
  • No not worried really.

Am going to train to be a CDC which will help keep my mind focussed on the straight and narrow.

Am also going to follow the Cambridge maintenance to a 'T' and hence a low-gi diet

When we have a tendency to gain weight it is important to be ever-vigilent for life
  • Hows everyone going in the world of slimvalley today :-) .

my 1st weeks loss was 4lb and my 2nd week was 2lb and i stuck to the diet

2 shakes 1 soup a day, so i was a bit dissapointed, was hoping for more of a loss.

but i'm 2 days into my 3rd weight loss, so we will see what happens now

    Hi Saint_Chris,

You know, 6 pounds is actually quite a lot of weight, try getting 6 pounds of butter or something and see. So really, you are doing well. Are you drinking plenty? I was told: The more you drink, the more you shrink, and you know what, it's true...

    Good luck,

    Fiona

There is no medical fact behind that, in fact Cambridge Head Office refuted that thought
  • Well, another 3lbs today so thats 35lb in 8 weeks!! Gone down 2 dress sizes and received my first comments from the mum's at school today!

My CDC had a simulated 5lb piece of fat from Head Office and it was absolutely disgusting to see. I looked at it and though - "God, I've lost 7 of them" it was amazing to see and realise how much weight I was carrying around!

Had a try of the porridge today - hmmm, undecided as to whether I like it or not. Also got the Strawberry Tetra's and my CDC stuck to her word and gave me free samples of both:T.

With regards to the water - my CDC told me exactly the same thing and I've found when I drink 8 pints of water each day I have my biggest weight losses so there may be some truth in it?

Anyway - have a great week everyone.
