Hi everyone, I have been reading through this post over the last few days and found it very interesting. I made an appointment last wednesday, to see a CDC tonight. Can't wait to start the diet in the morning. I think i have around 4 stone to lose and i have a holiday to Florida at the end of August, so am hoping i am a couple of stone lighter by then!!
Keep up the good work everyone, its very inspiring0 -

The diet works properly if we follow it to the letter

I saw my cdc last night and started on ss today. I havn't been hungry all day, but been thinking about food a lot. I had my second shake at half 3 and felt quite sick after. I did get told that nausea can be side effect of the diet though, so i went to sleep for an hour and feel fine now. Ive been gulping down the water and have had 7 pints now, which is suprising cos i hate the stuff0

Try splitting your shakes so that you have six instead of three.
The nausea is caused by the concentrated level of nutrition in the packs.
Your body will adjust to it in a few days.
Hope all goes well0 -
Thankyou C&Q. I woke up a few hours earlier than usual today. I just wasnt tired. I feel great and not hungry at all. Im really pleased, as i found it quite hard yesterday. I had my first shake of the day at 12 and had no problems with it
I hope everyone else is doing well0 -
It does get easier - I promise it does0

I have not followed it exactly to the letter, but it has still worked for me. Unofficial WI this morning, another 4lbs lost.

If you don't want to work, you have to work to earn enough money so that you won't have to work0 -
Aha but if you hadn't cheated you might have lost 5lbs - did you think of that?
If you cheat you cheat yourself
Well done on the 4lbs0 -
Hi all, This is now day 4 on CD for me. My own experience has been a good one so far. A slight hiccup with feeling sick and some acid indegestion, but all is well. I have lost a few pounds and and also a few inches from my waist. I can already see a difference already!!
Keep up the good work everyone0
