I hit the 30 pound mark on Monday. Its been 8 long weeks but oh so worth it. I've worn jeans and trousers for the first time in 6 years. My skin is lovely and clear and i'm full of beans (not literally coz there not allowed)! My husband bought me a lovely wok as a present so even he's being supportive now.
Hope everyone else is plodding along nicely.Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -
Its Thursday, isnt it, yeah Thursday. I only started on Tuesday and it feels like a month. Still, hopefully only 8.5 weeks to go.....
to every one who has made this work, how did you stick to it.Smile. Its the second best thing you can do with your lips....0 -
Vez come on you can do it, you sound like your flagging???
You're still att he hardest stage don't forget, soon the hard part will be over (i.e. the hunger) and it will get easier. Think of those scales when you get weighed - first weeks loss is usually massive!!
I know it's hard and I'm a bit of a hypocrite because I cheat sometimes (I think most people do at some point - we're only human after all) but if you can stick to it think of all the fab clothes you can wear in summer
OR
You can not do it and look forward to hiding your lumpy bits all summer lol!
I'm trying to stick to it now because I know that sun is just around the corner (hopefully) and I want to look and feel fab this summer, not hot and sticky and horrible.
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -

Once you see the weight dropping off, once you have those rewards it is enough motivation to make you keep going.
Once you have seen how fabulous you look and how much better your clothes fit, you will want to keep going.
This is how it worked for me.
Do keep going, the rewards of the Cambridge diet are so worth it :j0 -
I olost another 3 pounds last night - but even better than that, I lost a lot of inches including 2 off each thigh in just a week - the step classes are obviously paying off!
How's everyone else today???Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
