Are you anywhere near totm perhaps? The carb monster usually hits at that time.

I had a bad day on day 9 when I was SSing - it should pass

Keep yourself busy, clean a cupboard out, paint your nails, have a hot bath, anything just don't eat

Hoping that it passes for you soon x

Well done on the 9bs loss - that is a fantastic start!

I have been busy photographing, measuring and writing about items of clothing to sell on ebay. Have written all 14 items of them to auctiva ready to list on ebay. Suits, dresses, dresses and jackets! There are now the signs of space in my wardrobe!

I am getting there - however there are still three binbags full of clothes for me to list on ebay which is going to take me a good few days work

It is so satisfying, though, I feel as if I have achieved something! Daft, I know.

Have taken another skirt in and a couple of pairs of cords. Need to take some more in.
I have a couple of jackets I love but not sure whether I should just list them on ebay or have a go at remaking them.

Need to make my 790 meal - will see what is in the freezer to tempt me. Can't have my stuffed mushrooms as my cottage cheese is now out of date.
Will probably just have some Quorn.

  • Discovered that ebay have a new listing fee structure -

    http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html

So have set auctiva to autolist my 14 items over 5 days.

Then will get on through the week and do some more!

hmmm yes thats where they would come in useful for me lol!

I usually stick to just tetras or tetras and bars after the 2 weeks - I might start having some sachets to vary, I might even try the soups again does anyone have any recommendations? In fact what flavour soups do they even do? I remember at the start having cheese and brocolli and thought it was disgusting, very powdery tasting, like drinking liquid chalk! Do all the soups have the same texture?

My favourite is the chicken and mushroom and im going to try the mushroom one next also i bought the mix a mousse and tried a chocolate/mint one oooo its lovely smells/tastes like areo my son wanted a taste and he said it was lovely

No you won't find psyllium husks in a supermarket you would need to go to a heath food shop or Holland & Barretts. You can buy it on ebay too.

Only 1 mousse allowed per day as you are adding an extra 20 calories to your intake.

The porridge you can have more than one since the psyllium husks have no nutritional value/cals

    Hi everyone!

Well I have had a fab few days despite OH's insistence to much all my favourite foods. I did slip a bit at the weekend on day 3, I had come on though and the carb monster struck. I've decided it doesnt matter to much really, if I'd have known I was due on I wouldnt have started till next week probably as I know how difficult Cambridge can be when your due, never mind adding the start of the diet to the mix! So Sunday I ate a ham sandwich and 2 apples - not to bad considering I dont think!

AND......yesterday I did a step class! and Sunday I went for a walk, not to long about 20 minutes, but any exercise is a bonus. I'm also getting the key for our allotment tomorrow so that'll be good exercise for the next few weeks getting that all dug out. Then once I've finished Cambridge I will hopefully have some lovely fresh homegrown (and healthy!) produce. I cant wait.

Hope everyones feeling good! I feel like rubbish, everything hurts from the step class!!! x
