    Linda - I have decided to change counsellor now as its Monday and still no phone call.

    I will ring head office and see if there are any new ones near me.

    Me on the other hand is struggling, i wasnt but now i seem to be since yesterday, all started when i stole a cherry from the fruit bowl, after that felt starving!! Had my tea at 4pm!!! Needless to say i was starving come a few hours later so i had my shake but then got hunger pangs around 9ish and just had to have a handful of dried fruit and nuts :mad:

    Weighed myself this morning and its still showing a 7lb loss so havent lost or gained any, got my first weigh in on Weds so looking foward to that, but why am i feeling soooo hungry, havent hardly felt hungry at all on this diet and have checked for ketosis since Friday and nothing - Linda will i go into ketosis on the 790 plan??

  • If you pick at anything it can make you hungry. Perhaps you are going too long between shakes? Are you drinking any diet drinks? Adding salt to anything?

    These are all things that can make a difference.

    On 790 you should still be in ketosis although some can drift in and out depending of what they eat.

    I have my morning shake around 9-10am then lunch around 1-2 and then i will make sure i have my meal for 5pm then the last shake around 8-9pm then i use my milk allowance for a cup of hot milk before bed. Does that sound ok??

    My stomach is actually rumbling now lol, had my breakfast shake at 9.40am so i think im gonna make half my shake now and have the other half around 3ish.

    Thats the only thing i picked at yesterday oh and the handful of fruit and nuts b4 bed but i could have eaten a bloomin horse!! lol

  • That was enough to take you over 790 so you would become hungrier and it was fruit and nuts not protein.

    Still back on track today and you will be fine.

  • Yeah im back on track today but its sooooo tempting to just have a little of what you fancy isnt it! Oh well, planning to only be on the diet a couple of months max as havent got loads to lose, just hope i can maintain!! lol

    I just need to keep telling myself, I WANT TO BE SLIM FOR SUMMER AND I WANT TO GET INTO A SIZE 10 WEDDING DRESS!!!

  • Well on 790 you shouldn't really cheat as you can have a fair bit with 3 shakes. If you feel the need for more you may need to move up a plan.

  • I find that 790 has a LOT of food!

    Do try the Quorn allowance of 10oz!! I have to have that in two meals!!
