My daughter has had a tricky year at school this past year, with a bit of a personality clash with her teacher. On the way to school this morning I asked if she'd like to give this teacher an end-of-year present. Her reply: "I might. I'll see if she's good today." :rotfl:

I'm getting married on Friday!

I got a phonecall from my OH this morning asking if I was busy on the 20th to mark an occasion lol.

Thats what made me smile.

So nervous, but so very excited too!

This has been a brilliant thread, Northern Princess. I Keep popping in and out of it to see the new posts and remind myself that life isn't as bad as we think. Sitting here with a big smile on my face now!

I particularly like the stories about the little 4 year old girl and the guy with a spider on his towel. Sooooooo funny!

my sons tale of his DD3s visit to the optician. She is four btw. the optician was looking into her eyes with the scope thingy and asked to 'open wide' - she then opened her mouth as far as it would go!
